Booking a session

I am currently running all my sessions online, I work Monday to Friday and have limited evening sessions available
I am usually booked up well in advance, but you can call me to see if I have any space or cancellations available in the current week on 07306589458.
What to expect
All sessions start with an extended initial consultation for you to share what's going on for you and to explore what you would like from working together. I may ask you questions about your medical history, lifestyle and current situation. The initial consultation will be followed by a treatment/EFT session tailored to meet your needs as identified through the consultation.
No two sessions are the same. Follow on sessions can have a shorter consultation to allow maximum time for the treatment. Longer sessions can be booked if you would like more time.
For releasing and letting go of trauma or limiting beliefs I thoroughly recommend booking 1-2-1 sessions.
We use Tapping but also other techniques drawn on from Shiatsu and energy work, to release trauma from your body. This can have life changing results.
For first time clients, following on from your initial consultation, you can choose a package of 3 or 6 sessions. Repeat clients can book individual sessions with me.
Shiatsu is a treatment where the client remains clothed. I work on a massage table to allow greatest access for clients. I can also work on a massage chair, or with the client seated in a chair if needed.
If coming for Shiatsu, please bring or wear loose comfortable long-sleeved clothing, and avoid eating for at least 30 minutes prior to a treatment.
