EFT or "Tapping"

EFT sessions (usually) can be held face to face, But due to the current Coronavirus situation, I am offering sessions online, using Zoom, so you can work with me from the comfort of your own home - where ever that may be!

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or "Tapping" is a  way of working with a range of different kinds of difficulties, with profound results. 

Tapping involves stimulating acupressure points on the head, face and body, by tapping gently with your fingers, whilst talking through an issue, pain or difficulty. EFT is a powerful tool I love to use with my clients, and once you've learnt the basics you can then apply them anywhere, without having to wait for your next session to really feel the benefits!

Whilst EFT can produce remarkable results it should not be used in place of conventional medical care. Always consult your GP for medical attention and advice. Clients have found EFT useful as a complement to any conventional medical treatment.
